One of the most important skills for emerging managers and leaders are facilitation skills. Facilitation is often used as to guide and direct key parts of organizing work with groups of people, training, planning sessions, etc. This skill is often critical during moments of transition, change, and crisis - yet has the versatility to be scaled to a variety of situations and context in the workplace.
During this workshop, members will learn the foundations of facilitation and will be introduced to relevant tools/resources.
