Chloe has over 10 years of experience in the non-profit sector as a leader, trustee and volunteer. Chloe began her career at HRH Prince Charles's charity The Prince's Trust where she specialized in the design and delivery of education and youth support programs. Since then, Chloe has continued to expand her portfolio of programs expertise and was responsible for leading the UK's largest team of specialist alumni volunteer engagement experts to deliver impactful programs for over 100,000 young people from underserved communities each year. By supporting young people through the application to persistence journey, Chloe's program leadership helped to close the career achievement gap between those in low-income and high-income homes and, in doing so, improving social mobility. Since moving to New York, Chloe has continued to support non-profit organizations in both the UK and US as a consultant. Projects include evaluating the impact of global programs, developing bespoke programs including creative content generation, reviewing and improving governance structures and improving organizational processes and systems. Chloe has an MBA from Henley Business School and an MSc in Nonprofit Accounting and Financial Management from Cass Business School.
