Gail has been passionate about the arts and education for most of her life. She grew up with art in her family and earned a Bachelors in English and Creative Writing in 2009 from Brandeis University. After graduating, she earned a Masters in Museum and Childhood Education from the Bank Street College of Education in 2012. Since that time, she has worked as a museum educator, delivering inquiry-based, interactive tours for K-12 in a variety of institutions including NYPL, MoMA, The Rubin Museum of Art, The Museum of the City of New York, and The Intrepid Sea, Air and Space Museum. She has additionally worked as a preschool teacher at the Mandell School and as a teaching artist through Urban Arts Partnership. Prior to these roles, she interned at Yeshiva University Museum, Young Audiences New York, and for the Brandeis University Festival of the Arts.

In her spare time, Gail is a frequent and enthusiastic volunteer with non-profit groups in the arts, the social impact sector and the start-up tech community. She has volunteered with Be Social Change and served as a board member of the NYC Museum Educators Roundtable (NYCMER) as well as The Emerging Leaders of NY Arts (ELNYA.)  Gail truly enjoys getting to know members, planning and hosting events, and providing warmth, enthusiasm and energy. She is passionate about being a part of innovative, dynamic, cutting-edge teams and believes strongly in the mission of YNPN. She is excited to be joining the board and excited to bring all of her creativity, drive and enthusiasm to the organization.
